Please follow this guide when you're scheduling a meeting:
Meeting for the unit:
Person in-charge of the meeting:
Backup person in-charge:
Who can attend:
Date and Time:
To be discussed:
All meetings should be held in the Official <F.B.I> Meeting Room. If there is a problem using the meeting room contact a member of TM.
